Allianz appoints new process and improvement manager

In her new role, Chantelle Carroll will be in charge of a team aiming to drive new technologies, innovation, and improve processes that foster personalised claims solutions

Allianz Claims has appointed Chantelle Carroll to the newly created role of process and improvement manager.

In her new role, she will be in charge of a team aiming to drive new technologies, innovation, and improve processes that foster personalised claims solutions.

She joined Allianz earlier this month from the Eden Motor Group, where she was business change manager.

Prior to this, she held claims management roles at LV=, RSA and Esure, building up her insurance experience and management skills.

She will report to head of claims strategy and customer experience Margaret Scott.

Carroll said: “This is an exciting role and I am excited to join Allianz at this time of change. We will be focusing on how we can utilise technology to support our claims handling colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer journey.”

Scott added: “The PPP team is instrumental in driving improvements to our processes and service, both internally and for our customers.

“In her new role, Chantelle will help to drive innovation and change, supporting us to continue delivering excellent service.”
