Aston Lark snaps up two medical insurance firms

Aston Lark has agreed on terms for the acquisition of both Right to Health Ltd and The Health Insurance Specialists. Both deals are expected to be completed in early March.

Founded by Gary Marney and Stephen Carroll in 2001, Right to Health has grown to become one of the UK’s “largest independent individual health insurance specialists”. 

The Health Insurance Specialists, which was also founded by Marney, Carroll and Robin Dowling, are “leaders in the health insurance broker market”, serving the needs of both businesses and individuals.
