Already firmly established in the business and personal insurance space, the broker said it is strengthening and expanding its healthcare and group risk employee benefits offering and has joined GRiD to support these plans.
The firm added that access to group risk industry leaders, the training academy and employer research were key reasons for the decision.
Helen Chambers, employee benefits director, DR&P said: “It is vitally important we are up to date with regulatory changes and what’s going on in the group risk industry so we can provide the most up to date and relevant advice to our clients, which will also give them confidence in us.
“GRiD gives us access to this and we are very pleased to kick off the new year as members.”
Paul White, chair of GRiD, added: “Our industry never stands still, and, within GRiD, we are fortunate to have some of the best minds in the business keeping on top of, and indeed developing, the latest advancements. We provide a forum to share that knowledge and look forward to working with our newest member.”
