Marshall Wooldrige, a part of Global Risk Partners (GRP), has acquired Messrs R F Broadley Insurance Brokers.
Owned by husband and wife team David and Shirley Broadley, the Yorkshire-based firm was founded in 1928 and specialises in farm insurance.
Geoff Kirk, MD of Marshall Wooldridge, said: “R F Broadley is a well-respected, long-established local family firm with a strong client base and great expertise, particularly in agriculture.
“David, Shirley and their team will all be remaining with the business, and we’re delighted to have them on board.”
