MCE appoints new claims director

Paul Ormiston brings with him in excess of 25 years industry experience, most recently as global head of claims performance and governance at QBE

MCE has announced the appointment of Paul Ormiston to the board as its latest claims director.

Ormiston brings with him in excess of 25 years industry experience, most recently as global head of claims performance and governance at QBE.

He will take overall responsibility for all aspects of the claims function. As an active member of the Chartered Management Institute and a qualified Prince2 practitioner, he also has extensive experience managing digitisation projects.

He said: “MCE has the tech to transform customer satisfaction at the point when they need it most – when they have a claim. I’m excited to be given the opportunity to lead the development of that process. It’s an opportunity to have a real impact on a forward-thinking business.”
