The group said the acquisition of these brands means it has experienced “extremely fast paced growth” and now has a “strong foothold in the market” which has ultimately led to large increases in Gross Written Premium across the group.

Richard Willis, MD WF Risk Group, said: “We are delighted to announce the restructure and subsequent rebrand of our group which will now change names to WF Risk Group. We have experienced a lot of expansion and growth in recent years having acquired a number of high-profile brands in key geographic locations.

“The group has established a total of eight offices with just over 140 members of staff which will service our clients on both a national and international scale. Each member of staff brings their own unique set of strengths and expertise to the table and I’m confident that this will stand our clients in good stead going forward.”

He added: “The group may have changed its structure and its brand but one thing that hasn’t changed is the fact that we are still very much a family run business and those values will remain key to our business strategy and culture in the future.

“I am very excited for the future of WF Risk Group and I can say with certainty that the talents and skills of our staff members coupled with our hard-working ethos will create a full service offering to our clients. The WF Risk Group will continue to search for opportunities for further expansion in the future and will strive to offer our clients the very best possible service.”
