NHBC announced it has appointed Guy Lambert to the role of head of marketing and communications.
Lambert will join the warranty and insurance provider for new homes, having previously been head of corporate communications at Telford Homes Plc.
Prior to this, he held senior communications and marketing roles at Countryside Properties Plc and Linden Homes.
He will replace Sarah Quinton in the role, who is taking early retirement after 25 years of service.
NHBC commercial director David Campbell said: “Guy has a wealth of experience and is a highly-accomplished specialist in communications and marketing for the housebuilding and construction sectors.
“I very much look forward to him joining NHBC and leading our skilled marketing and communications team.”
