Oxbow Partners has announced that Gary Duggan will join the firm as its latest senior advisor.
Duggan will “support” the insurance specialist firm in its continued growth within the UK market and will also advise on “commercial due diligence engagements” for private equity firms.
Duggan, a seasoned insurance executive, most recently was CEO of Saga insurance business, he had also previously held senior roles at BGL Group, Towergate and Barclays.
He said: “I look forward to supporting Oxbow Partners with their ambitious growth agenda as Senior Advisor, providing informed and practical advice to clients in the European Insurance Industry.”
Duggan’s experience will reportedly enhance a “wide variety” of engagements for UK insurance clients.
Duggan will cover “general growth, operations and turnaround topics, and specific themes” such as the recent ‘FCA GI’ pricing practices review which the Oxbow partners market intelligence team has previously worked on “extensively”.
