Jane Nash will oversee the Safety, Competence and Compliance objectives in Allianz’s inspection service

Allianz has announced the appointment of Jane Nash as its new health, safety and quality manager.

Nash is set to oversee the Safety, Competence and Compliance objectives in the insurance firm’s inspection service.

Prior to her new role, Nash served in senior roles at General Electric, Smiths Industries and Baker Hughes.

She is set to start the new position in January 2021 reporting to Peter Carless, chief engineer at AEIS.

On her appointment, Caless said: “We are very happy to bring Jane to the team. She has been at AEIS for a few months now and has already shown how well she fits in.

“At Allianz, we are working collaboratively to simplify and streamline processes, but at the same time, changing the way in which we work, thereby enabling a better work/life balance. Jane will be a driving force behind that in the health and safety inspections business.”

He added: “I look forward to continuing to work with Jane as an integral part of AEIS’ growth in the future.”
