Allianz Holdings appoints new group financial controller

Mark Dixon joins the firm from Ageas Insurance and will report to Fernley Dyson, Allianz’s chief financial officer

Allianz Holdings has announced the appointment of Mark Dixon as its new group financial controller.

The non-regulated holdings company owns the principal insurance operations of Allianz in the South East.

Dixon will front and manage the financial reporting and control activities for the Allianz Holdings Group, and will also report to the firm’s chief financial officer, Fernley Dyson.

The new appointee joins Allianz from Ageas Insurance, where he was director of finance, and has held other senior roles, including being the divisional chief financial officer at Aon.

Dyson said: “Mark joins our expanding business at an exciting time in its development and I am delighted to welcome him to the team. 

“He brings a wealth of expertise and experience and I am sure that he will make a significant contribution to the on-going success of the group.”
