The merger, which was approved by shareholders in August 2020, will provide a “one firm mindset” within the leadership team as the group looks to address client needs and provide new opportunities for its colleagues.
The executive committee, which comprises 25 leadership roles, will direct teams working across regions, solution lines, and functions.
