Independent broking group Clear has unveiled a series of promotions to its management team following a period of “successful growth” and continuing development of its strategy.
The promotions see Victoria Canton, group HR director, has been appointed to the group operating board.
In addition, Jitendra Patel has been appointed as group general counsel and will assume responsibilities for a range of legal and regulatory duties across the Clear Group.
Meanwhile, Julie Walker, MD of BHIB has been appointed to the BHIB Board, subject to FCA approval and Julie Rayson-Flynn has joined the main board of Brokerbility as director with day-to-day responsibility for the network reporting to Clear Group board director Ian Stutz.
Mike Edgeley, group CEO of the Clear Group, said: “These latest promotions to our senior management team are well deserved and will play an important part in supporting the next phase of our growth strategy.
