Partners& appoints Wellbeing, Engagement and Benefits lead

The move is in line with its strategy to provide ‘seamless, quality advice’ to clients across insurance, employee benefits and risk management

Partners& has appointed Marcia Reid as managing partner for its Wellbeing, Engagement and Benefits department, joining the executive team.

The move is in line with Partners&’s strategy to provide “seamless, quality advice” to clients across insurance, employee benefits and risk management, and Reid will report to Partners& CEO Phil Barton.

Reid has 30 years’ experience in corporate health and wellbeing, including senior management roles in National Account manager for Bupa UK, head of SME at SimplyHealth and director of Corporate Consulting at Lorica. 

Most recently, Reid was the managing director of the Health and Protection division of Stackhouse Poland where she led a team of consultants and support administrators “to achieve the best possible outcome for corporate and private clients”. 

The Partners& Wellbeing, Engagement and Benefits team focuses on “obtaining a forensic understanding of their clients’ business and employee profile”. It identifies and quantifies their risks, and recommends a relevant business protection, wellbeing, engagement and benefits strategy to help clients protect their business and “maximise their people’s potential”.
