Kerri-Ann Hockley, head of customer service at PolicyBee, said: “We are thrilled that these five bright and talented individuals have joined the company. Our account executives are on the frontline of our business and are essential members of the team.
“These new recruits have risen to the challenge of starting a new job during the pandemic, when our office has not been open as usual and face-to-face contact is limited.”
She added: “The account executives will undertake 12 weeks of introductory training, learning all the different sectors of the business.
“This is important in terms of determining their future workload and personal development. As a company, we aim to support all our employees to really shine and become forward-thinking insurance experts.”
